Monika has enjoyed an exciting career path during her employment at Eurocell. Having started in our production team, Monika moved into administration, and is now a valued part of our People Team, within within the Training & Development Team.

Career path within Eurocell
I have worked in a number of roles at Eurocell including a Production Operative, production support, L&D Co-ordinator, and HR Administrator as part of a six-month secondment.

​What courses/qualifications have you completed through Eurocell?
I completed an L&D Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship. As part of the qualification, I undertook a Functional Skills Level 2 course and became a HR Associate. I’ve also done an intermediate Excel, and advanced Train the Trainer course.

​​What development support have you received?​
While at Eurocell, I have had amazing support from my manager who has believed in me throughout my journey. I was supported with any areas that needed improvement and I was motivated throughout my entire apprenticeship programme with coaching and mentoring.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I have a great relationship with my colleagues and the management team, and I'm constantly challenged which helps me to learn new skills everyday. I also have flexibility in my role, so I can manage my work-life balance well.

What’s your proudest career moment at Eurocell?
My proudest moment at Eurocell was when I joined the HR team, and completed my L&D Level 3 Apprenticeship.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to work in your department?
Be yourself, be friendly and fair. We work great as a team, so look after your colleagues and they will look after you.

What advice would you give to a new starter with Eurocell? 
Always listen so that you can learn, be enthusiastic and enjoy every minute. At Eurocell, dreams do come true!
